JACK LÖTSCHER

MENTAL PERFORMANCE CONSULTANT (PROVISIONAL)

I take pride in helping people strengthen the mental side of their game so they can perform with confidence, focus and resilience. With a background in hockey and training in applied sport psychology, I combine lived experience with evidence-based strategies to support growth in sport and life.

While I work with a wide range of performers and professionals, my primary focus is supporting junior and collegiate-level hockey players as they navigate the mental demands of high-performance environments. Whether it’s managing pressure, sharpening focus, or building lasting confidence, each session is tailored to the athlete’s unique needs.

I’m passionate about helping athletes reach their potential - not just by performing better, but by developing the mindset and self-awareness that lasts beyond the game.
